Q: The IR smart pen cannot connect.

A:
1.Make sure the Bluetooth has plugged into the front USB port.
2. Make sure the smart pen has power.
3. Make sure the Stylus Driver had installed in Windows.
4. Check if the nib goes blink when pressing the connection button of the stylus pen.
NOTE: If everything is OK mentioned above, but it still cannot connect, pls restart Windows and load the driver again.
